For this project, Cardiff and Vale Sports required a fresh new identity and web presence.
Cardiff and Vale Sports are a coaching organisation that runs development programmes for Cardiff and Vale County Schoolboys football, Multi Sports Coaching Camps and days.
Cardiff and Vale Sports were set up in 2011 by two Cardiff teachers Sam Bean and Mathew Davies. Having been involved in sports coaching for a number of years over a range of sports they focused on developing a unique sports coaching vision alongside the ethos of a school, the classroom and taking this onto the sporting field.
The Brief
Think New Design was approached by Cardiff and Vale Sports to create an identity and web presence that world fit its approach and new venture. An essential element of the brief was to incorporate a fun sports theme into the new identity. It also had to translate as a standalone logo and convey the message that is Cardiff and Vale Sports.
